Standard Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If goods are ordered in error, are surplus to your requirements, or are simply unsuitable, they may be returned to us within 28 days of receipt.
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- They have not been used, altered, or fitted.
- They are completely undamaged.
- They are returned in their original packaging.
15% Handling Charge
Please note that goods ordered in error, surplus to requirements, or deemed unsuitable will be subject to a standard 15% handling and restocking charge.
Exclusions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any special order items or made-to-measure products, as these have been custom-crafted specifically for your project.
Order Issues & Cancellations
Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time prior to the order being dispatched from our factory.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If we have made an error—such as sending a faulty product or an incorrect shipment—you will be fully refunded for your delivery costs. If you notify us of a problem with your goods upon delivery, we will work with you to:
- Make good any shortage or non-delivery.
- Replace or repair any goods that arrived damaged or defective.
- Provide a refund for the amount paid for the goods in question.
If we agree to provide you with a refund, we will credit your account within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
Liability: We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
