Delivery Methods & Areas
We deliver across the UK (England, Scotland, and Wales). The majority of our goods are securely despatched using DX EXPRESS and DX Courier services.
For all made-to-measure glass and exceptionally large orders, we utilize our own dedicated fleet of transport vehicles to ensure your items arrive safely.
Need a smaller item? Smaller individual items (e.g., newel caps) can often be sent via DX EXPRESS at a cheaper rate. Please contact our office on 01727 836113 to arrange this.
Estimated Despatch Times
We manufacture to a very high standard. Please refer to the estimates below for how long it takes to prepare and despatch your specific items:
- Standard Orders (90% of our catalogue) 3 to 5 Working Days
- Solution Glass Components 3 to 5 Working Days
- Lacquered Products 5 to 7 Working Days
- 10mm Made-to-Measure Bespoke Glass 10 to 12 Working Days
Transit Time: Once your order leaves our factory, standard delivery to England, Wales, and Lowland Scotland is a Next Day Service (deliveries take place between 8am & 6pm).
*Please note: Sunday and Bank Holiday deliveries are not available.
Highlands & Islands: Deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands are priced on application. Please contact us for a quote.
