A family-run business built on quality, choice, and exceptional customer service since 1990.

Our Story

J & J Stairparts was formed by husband and wife team Jon and Janice Hill in 1990. Jon and Janice both started their working careers in small sales teams in the early 1980s.

Jon has been working in the industry for over 35 years and has gained a vast knowledge of all aspects of stair parts. Janice designed and built the J & J Stairparts website and continues to maintain and promote the ever-growing content.

Together, they set out to build a company based on quality, choice, and customer service. The company has gone from strength to strength, and within a relatively short period of time, has established itself as The Online Stairparts Retailer.

Genuine UK Manufacturing

All our timber stair parts are manufactured in our modern manufacturing factory right here in the UK. We are a genuine manufacturer and do not import timber stair parts from abroad.

We are a proud supporter of UK manufacturing, which ensures we keep our quality to a very high standard. We supply quality products ranging from a wide selection of timber stair parts in contemporary and traditional designs, and we also stock the more modern Solution metal stair parts.

We now sell over 5,000 products, and our aim within the next year is to double that amount, giving our customers the best possible choice and price. This has been made possible by the loyalty of current suppliers and new suppliers keen for us to promote and sell their products.

Our friendly sales team pride themselves on the work ethic of treating each customer as an individual. We are only a phone call away for help and advice, and this level of service has proved to be invaluable for the growth of the company.

Jon and Janice have a mutual interest in driving their business to the highest level. The user-friendly website is continually updated with new and innovative products, and prices are reviewed regularly to give the customer greater choice and better value.
